the room was spotless and brand-new with double beds, had real good experience. excellent service, although a few employees were ridiculous. the location was absolutely perfect for evans, adjacent to downtown, stores and restaurants, and fort collins. bakery red's dogs and donuts located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The staff were responsive to my needs and helped fix issues with the heating and lighting in my room keeping my family comfortable also we found a decent little truckstop across the street that served surprisingly good breakfasts during our mornings there.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the price I guess it was still tolerable.

This place was just a strong match for strolling around in Evans with great value. The area felt a bit unsafe, but the room did look okay and was somewhat clean. Make sure to bring your own towels if you are two people.
