The hot and cold water in my room had a dangerous issue, with no way to control the temperature. I had to endure either scalding hot water or freezing cold water during my shower. Despite this, the room was clean. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Unbeatable and nice location, well-equipped rooms with double beds.

the room was spotless and brand-new with double beds, had real good experience. excellent service, although a few employees were ridiculous. the location was absolutely perfect for evans, adjacent to downtown, stores and restaurants, and fort collins. bakery red's dogs and donuts located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the property was clean, with convenient facilities such as a fridge and microwave in the room. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to stores and restaurants on 8th Avenue.
